Terms of Service

By purchasing a service from DigiServe (digiserve.site), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Provided

DigiServe offers freelance digital services including brand identity design, logo design, and SEO consulting. The specific deliverables for each plan are described on the pricing page of this website.

2. Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Payment is due in full before work begins.
  • All prices are final at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of these services, all sales are final once work has begun.
  • If work has not yet started, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase by emailing hello@digiserve.site.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Estimated turnaround times are stated per plan and begin after I have received all required information from you (brief, references, etc.).
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g. late responses, incomplete briefs) are not the responsibility of DigiServe.
  • Final files will be delivered via email or a shared link.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page. Revision requests must be submitted in a single message per round. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available for an extra fee.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of final files, you own full rights to the final deliverables.
  • I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • I am not responsible if a delivered logo or brand design unintentionally resembles an existing trademark. It is your responsibility to check for trademark conflicts.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project brief
  • Respond to questions and revision feedback in a timely manner
  • Use the delivered materials only for lawful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or materials. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
